Judge Marovitz' Colleagues Support Lend-A-Hand
The Library of the United States Courts of the Seventh Circuit collected over 200 new and "gently used" children's books in honor of the late Judge Abraham Lincoln Marovitz during National Library Week.
For the last several years, the library has agreed to donate its collected books to a Sun-Times Judge Marovitz Lawyers Lend-A-Hand to Youth Program grantee. This year's books were donated to WITS - Working in the Schools. Pictured below with some of the donated books are Genita C. Robinson, Lend-A-Hand executive director, Jenné Myers, WITS executive director, Hon. A. Benjamin Goldgar, U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge, Claude Hayes, Library Technician, and Gretchen Van Dam, Circuit Librarian.
